The Scitation Usage Report Service provides library administrators with usage reports for the online journals to which they subscribe. Librarians at institutions with active online subscriptions may use the service to generate and view usage reports for the journals of participating publishers.

In an effort to improve our usage statistics, we recently implemented some enhancements to our reporting module which may have resulted in small changes to your 2011 reports. As part of these improvements, we have also added a new COUNTER report called ‘Number of Full-Text Downloads to Non-Subscribed/Free Content by Month and Journal,' which contains Full Text downloads of free content from Publishers unaffiliated with your account.
